FreshFits ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FreshFits mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read it carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as certain information automatically when you use the App.

Information you provide:

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Profile information (profile photo, display name)
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications with us (support requests, feedback)

Information collected automatically:

• Device identifiers and push notification tokens
• Usage data (screens viewed, features used, time spent)
• App crash reports and performance data
• Approximate location (city/region level) for delivery availability

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Coordinate on-demand deliveries through our delivery partners
• Send order status notifications and push notifications (you may opt out in Settings)
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve and personalize the App experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Boutique partners — to fulfill your orders (name, shipping address, order details)
• Delivery providers (e.g., Uber Direct) — to coordinate last-mile delivery
• Payment processors — to process transactions securely
• Infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase) — for database, authentication, and storage services
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Push Notifications

We send push notifications about your orders (confirmed, shipped, delivered). You can disable push notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the FreshFits app under Settings → Notifications.

6. Profile Photos

If you upload a profile photo, it is stored in our secure cloud storage and is accessible only by you and FreshFits systems. You can remove your photo at any time from the Settings screen.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information via the Settings screen
• Delete your account and associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Opt out of push notifications in the Settings screen
• Export your data by contacting us at support@freshfits.io

8. Children's Privacy

FreshFits is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., boutique websites, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a push notification or email.
