FreshFits ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FreshFits mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Account details: name, email address, password

- Profile information: profile photo, display name

- Shipping and billing addresses

- Payment information (processed securely; we never store card numbers)

- Device identifiers and push notification tokens

- Usage data: screens viewed, features used

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Create and manage your account

- Process and fulfill your orders

- Coordinate deliveries through our delivery partners

- Send order status push notifications (opt out anytime in Settings)

- Respond to support requests

- Improve the app experience

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your data. We share only with: boutique partners (to fulfill orders), delivery providers, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We share with legal authorities only when required by law.

YOUR RIGHTS

- Access, correct, or delete your data anytime

- Remove your profile photo in Settings

- Opt out of push notifications in Settings → Notifications

- Request account deletion in Settings → Delete Account

- Email us to export your data: support@freshfits.io

SECURITY

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FreshFits is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
